MyMiniFactory.com 3D Printables Relaunch Party in NYC

New York City has quickly become the US capital for 3D printing.  It may be for that reason that iMakr, the world’s largest 3D printing retail store, will be hosting a relaunch party for its 3D printables site, MyMiniFactory.com, in the Big Apple this May.

MyMiniFactory 2.0 3D Printables Site

The site has undergone a complete redesign, favoring a more expansive lateral layout with a large, featured projects header and more clearly located navigation buttons.  MyMiniFactory still offers free .stl downloads once a month, as well as the ability to purchase printed goods.  They have added the ability to customize 3D files for printing as well as 3D printed metal objects made with the Newton home metal 3D printer.  You can upload 3D files to sell and objects to print via the site’s 3D printing services, but you can also commission the site’s designers to turn your idea into a 3D printable file.  To celebrate these developments, particularly if you’re already in or around New York, consider attending the Launch Meetup on May 6!
