Mcor's Conor MacCormack Performs the Ice Bucket Challenge, Nominates Big 3D Printing CEOs

After ROBO3D’s Braydon Moreno kicked off the Ice Bucket Challenge for the 3D printing world yesterday, the ALS awareness meme has continued to spread.  This time, to the world’s only 3D paper printer manufacturer, Mcor, and its CEO, Conor MacCormack. In the video below, MacCormack calls out three big names in the world of 3D printing.

And, with that, three more members of the industry have 24 hours to perform the Ice Bucket Challenge: CEO of 3D Systems, Avi Reichental, Co-founder of and Chief Innovation Officer of Stratasys, Scott Crump, and Jason Lopes, Lead Systems Engineer at the leading Hollywood FX company to implement 3D scanning and 3D printing technology, Legacy Effects.  I’m excited to see what these three can pull out in just one day to help fight ALS.  Based on Avi’s appearances at Inside 3D Printing and other events, I can only imagine countless 3D printed drones, flown by will.i.am, dropping a million buckets of ice water on the CEO.  If he doesn’t, I’ll be sorely disappointed.
