Autodesk – authors of the 123D design apps – has released a simple, but effective, infographic that shows how and why people can get customizing the things around them.
I was interested to see that for this target market — ie everyone — the 3D printing is done by a 3rd party. Rightly so, I think. Although if I ever needed a customised vase I think I would be talking to @Dizingof and @RichRap first!
