Pinshape's Newest Competition to Win Free MadeSolid Filament

Is the constant cost of restocking on 3D printing filament dragging you and your wallet down? Well, the renowned 3D community and marketplace Pinshape is currently hosting a contest offering free MadeSolid filaments to those who enter by the October 31st deadline. There are two ways to enter to contest, either by taking a photo your own 3D printed model and uploading it onto Pinshape, or simply entering into the sweepstakes through social media. The selected 150 winners of the print upload will each win a roll of MadeSolid PET+, while the 50 social media sweepstakes winners will also take home a roll of the same filament.

There is no limit to the 3D prints a contestant can share, making it easy to increase your chances of taking home this material. MadeSolid was started in California in 2014, and, in its brief history, the filament producers have already made a name for themselves on the consumer market, and have manufactured filaments ideal for everything from prototyping to full-scale production. They will be giving up their PET+ filament, which is claimed to be easy like PLA, sturdy like ABS, and is also more flexible than the both of them.
