Wishing Our Readers a Merry Christmas

As the growing 3DPI team takes a well-earned break over the Christmas and New Year period, I challenged them, as I did last year, to send me their top 5 3D printing applications for 2013 ahead of the break. This was a two-fold exercise. Primarily it was an entertaining way of ensuring that any of our readers looking for their daily 3D printing fix over the holiday period could, while also getting further insight into the team and what makes them tick. Secondarily — I’m personally interested in where the team’s 3D printing interests lie, and it will help inform strategy for next year.

So, the posts that will be published over the next week really do reflect the wonderful individuals that go to make up the team of writers at 3DPI. There are some cross overs, which, knowing them as I do, is not too much of a surprise. But also, as expected, each expresses an individuality and sensitivity to the 3D printing industry and the power of the technologies we write about. Almost without fail, the writers consider the past year in a way that at some level points to the future. Some chose to do it in reverse, some top down
