Marvel inspired models

On MyMiniFactory as 3DofTom, Tom Davis’ best loved designs are inspired by video games and films.

Popular 3D printing YouTubers PrintThatThing, and Uncle Jessy are particular fans of His Low Poly Hulk from the Marvel Universe.

For angular features, low poly designs translate well into a 3D print. In this Hulk, it’s amazing how much detail Davis still manages to achieve in the geometric lines.

At the time of writing this article, 3DofTom’s Baby Groot flower pot, “Gardens” of the Galaxy 2 design, has 7465 views. Guardians of the Galaxy fans are clearly keen followers of his work.
