Hori’s debut applauded by the IFA

We are already quite familiar with Chinese 3D printing brand Hori. Not long ago, our team reported that its printer Hori Z300 had been authorized by EU RoHS and was ready to enter into the European market.

In the recent Internationale Funkausstellung Berlin, known as IFA, or International radio exhibitionBerlin, Hori accomplished its debut and received outstanding feedback from foreign professionals and visitors alike.

Organized by The German Association for Entertainment and Communications Electronics (gfu) in cooperation with Messe Berlin, IFA is one of the oldest industrial exhibitions in Germany. Held in September, it is one of world’s leading trade shows for consumer electronics and home appliances.

Approved by CE、FCC、Rosh and other authentications, Hori has been preparing to enter into the European Market for a long time. During the one-week show, Hori presented their 3D printers including the Hori Z300, Hori X500, Hori Z500,etc.

One interesting feature of their presentation is that the display team of Hori combined 3D printing technology with traditional Chinese culture, the Chinese Shadow Puppetry. They demonstrated their technological innovation through the process of printing the tricky puppetries. What attracted the foreign professionals most may be the high pricision of Hori 3D printers. It is said that Hori is becoming a main competitor in the 3D printer market with its strong technical accumulation.

It remains to be seen whether Hori can continue to be as popular as received in the IFA. But it is always a good thing to see more and more qualified 3D printers enter into bigger market, bringing a healthier competition to this industry. After all, it is the customers who will finally get benefit from this.
