DeskArtes 3Data Expert version 10.3 launched

Helsinki based company DeskArtes has released 3Data Expert Series 10.3, a 64 bit solution for 3D Color Printing, Additive Manufacturing and Simulation data preparation.

DeskArtes Expert Series 10.3 offers a modular software suite targeted for Additive Manufacturing, 3D Printing and Simulation professionals and hobbyist alike. The latest version includes new Solidify command to prepare the most difficult architectural files for 3D Printing with “shrink wrap” method, new Support Structure command (free beta) and 3D Nesting for manufacturing of end user AM parts.

Expert Series 10.3 includes:

  • View Expert: a free, entry-level program for the checking and repairing of CAD/CAM files. Optional paid versions include more advanced tools for color printing
  • 3Data Expert Lite: the most frequently needed tools for everyday data processing, like 3D model splitting, connecting and 3D Text tagging.
  • Dimensions Expert: also a unser-friendly tool that enables STL file repair and splitting for printers with smaller build areas.
  • Sim Expert:a no cost solution for CAD/CAM professionals and hobbyists to check and repair 3D models for error free production with 3D Printing systems.
