Zortrax Looks to Take Over the World with 3D Printing, Seeks Resellers to Help Them Do It

No, Zortrax is not the name of a Superman villain. It’s a Polish company that made waves last January when the relatively small and unknown 3D printer manufacturer received an order for 5,000 3D printers from Dell and suddenly became a player in the industry. The $10 million deal forced the two-person company into rapid expansion mode and they haven’t slowed down since.

After the Dell deal put them in the spotlight, Zortrax moved quickly and teamed up with two Polish companies – Materialination and Get3D – to distribute their M200 3D printers in Eastern Europe. Now, they’re seeking resellers to help them expand further into Europe and to directly enter the US market.

Reseller candidates should have experience in the 3D printing industry and be able to prove that they have the resources, field and product knowledge, and the desire to work closely with their supplier. For their part, Zortrax has taken their Dell money and is investing it directly back into the company to develop new 3D printers and filaments. They are also investing heavily in their robust 3D printing workflow, Z-Suite, which allows M200 owners to edit and transfer 3D files to the printer easily. Z-Suite can also quickly turn 2D images into 3D printable models without the need of additional 3D editing software.
