It’s a Polish company that made waves last January when the relatively small and unknown 3D printer manufacturer received an order for 5,000 3D printers from Dell and suddenly became a player in the industry. After the Dell deal put them in the spotlight, Zortrax moved quickly and teamed up with two Polish companies – Materialination and Get3D – to distribute their M200 3D printers in Eastern Europe. Now, they’re seeking resellers to help them expand further into Europe and to directly enter the US market.

For their part, Zortrax has taken their Dell money and is investing it directly back into the company to develop new 3D printers and filaments. They are also investing heavily in their robust 3D printing workflow, Z-Suite, which allows M200 owners to edit and transfer 3D files to the printer easily. Z-Suite can also quickly turn 2D images into 3D printable models without the need of additional 3D editing software.
