Scott Patton's Rock Man – Using MakerBot Replicator 2

Today’s video by Jason Lopes from Legacy Effects shows the creation of Scott Patton’s Rock Man using the latest MakerBot Replicator 2 3D printer. The character is build over 16 hours using black PLA with 0.1 thickness. The delicate 3D printed structure requires the supporting elements being removed by hand and you can view the detailed images of the intricate design at the end of the video.
