Ogle Models and Prototypes is delighted to confirm that it has taken delivery of a new 3D printer — an iPro 8000 Stereolithography (SLA) system from 3D Systems. With this addition to its 3D printing and additive manufacturing capacity, Ogle Models continues to demonstrate its full commitment to investment and quality at its facilities. The iPro 8000 SLA Prototype and Production Printer will complement Ogle’s existing capability and offer further large part capacity for high resolution, production grade parts.
The iPro 8000 SLA 3D printer is a high throughput system that quickly and economically builds parts with outstanding surface smoothness, feature resolution, edge definition and tolerances that rival those of CNC-machined parts. In the hands of the experts at Ogle, this machine will reliably produce the highest quality parts for a wide range of applications. Ogle’s new 3D printer will run SLA Clear material, specifically SL 7870, which is available now.
Ogle has been offering SLA services to its clients since April 1997 and it continues to evolve and improve its service offering across a full breadth of model making and prototyping processes supported by a fully equipped finishing and painting department.
With a long-standing and envied reputation for making the highest quality models and prototypes for a diverse and global client base, Ogle is one of the most accomplished companies in its sector. Ogle places an unmistakable emphasis on meeting the needs of all of its clients – whether blue chip or SME – with ISO 9001 registration to back this up. Based and manufacturing wholly in the UK, Ogle Models and Prototypes combines a talented hands on team, with some of the very latest manufacturing technologies, including 3D printing for prototyping and manufacturing together with CNC machining and vacuum casting.
