Form 1 is making history on Kickstarter by breaking the tech funding record. The project by Formlabs, a team that were previously students at MIT, aims to create an affordable, high resolution prosumer 3D printer and has raised $2.46m — exceeding the previous number 1, Oculus Rift, which raised $2.44m earlier this year.
