BEETHEFIRST 3D Printer Earns Make Magazine’s Top Newcomer Award

Make Magazine has awarded the BEETHEFIRST 3D Printer its “Rookie Of The Year” accolade in its Ultimate Guide to 3D Printing 2015. A team of testers analysed a wide array of printers (26) to deduce the top performing 3D printers across nine individual classes. In the newcomer class of “Rookie Of The Year” BEEVERYCREATIVE’s flagship product came out on top. The 3D printer team at Make: Magazine say that the3D printer is an “easy-to-use, attractive, portable machine . . . that uses smart hardware design (instead of sensors) to make bed leveling easy.”

BEEVERYCREATIVE has gained considerable recognition and attention for the company’s BEETHEFIRST 3D Printer since it’s launch in 2013. The emphasis upon a range of features often found elsewhere in other prosumer 3D printers, but rarely found together, in a concise, portable and highly attractive machine, has been met with media and consumer applause – such as some 15, 729 Facebook Likes – alongside commercial success strong relative to the duration of production of the printer.

In the words of Make: “a team of 15 recognized experts in the 3D printing field led by Anna Kaziunas France, Make’s digital fabrication editor, put the printers through a battery of rigorous tests to create side-by-side comparisons of product attributes in order to identify the top performers.”

BEETHEFIRST 3D printerThe emphasis upon slick design, feature laden technology and ease-of-use (you can check out 3DPI Mike’s hands-on review here)is a combination that has allowed the team to rise from one-of-the-pack among a flood of new 3D printers and manufacturers to become a truly successful newcomer. The ready-to-print out-of-the-box ease-of-use angle has paid dividends for BEEVERYCREATIVE.

The team enthused: “We are thrilled to see BEETHEFIRST being acknowledged as the portable and easy-to-use 3D printer by one of the most respected references in the industry. We will keep imprinting change with 3D printing!
