Have you ever heard of the James Webb Telescope? It will be NASA’s biggest science mission to date and the largest telescope ever launched. The telescope features NIRCam, a camera optimized for viewing infrared light, promising to change our understanding of the universe. The Lockheed Martin Advanced Technology Center is in charge of constructing the NIRCam, and for this task they have utilized MakerBot Desktop 3D Printers.
