3D Print Expo To Hold Major Events In Moscow, Azerbaijan & Kazakhstan

This February past saw the first dedicated expo for 3D printing technology in Russia. The successful 3D Print Expo show in Moscow, was followed by similar events in Kiev, Ukraine and Almaty, Kazakhstan. On the back of this series of events the organisers have brought forward the dates of some of the forthcoming expos and conferences to meet their public popularity and business demand.  The forthcoming events, the first of which is next week, will include a return to Moscow as well as the first 3D Print Conference to be held in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan and the second conference in Almaty:

The 3D Print Expo will be held over the course of three days, each with their own packed program of shows, conferences, awards and activities. The first day will be Business Day, with activities dedicated to business representatives who are considering the potential of 3D printing and scanning technology, and investors seeking to find out more about this increasingly important technoloy set. Topics up for discussion on the Business Day will include:

• The evolution of 3D printing in a variety of industries;
• How 3D technology attracts new customers;
• How a 3D printer can help you to enter into major transactions and obtain greater profits;
• 3D printing as additive manufacturing in industry;
• Legal aspects of 3D printing in application.

October 23 – 24 will witness a thematic conference where attendees can listen to exclusive speeches by national and  international experts in the suject field, including. October 24 – 25 will see the exhibition open its doors to the wider public, to all interested in 3D printing, who will have the chance to participate in a range of interesting, unsual and exciting activities:

• A chocolate festival, where visitors can admire the work of both classical chocolatiers and 3D printers, printing with chocolate;

• A chess tournament involving three dimensionally printed ‘eco-chess.’
