Dutch company, Code P-West, has released a new entry-level 3D printer called 3D Builder. The new, fully assembled 3D Builder has a solid metal frame and a standard specification in comparison with the current competition on the market.
3D Builder uses 1.75 mm PLA as the print material with 0.15 mm resolution and maximum print size of 250 mm for height, width and depth. The 3D printer is delivered fully assembled and is ready to use after initial installation and calibration.
3D Builder uses open source software Cura and Pronterface. So far, we haven’t heard any user feedback on this new model, but in the mean time you can have a look at a brief demo video below.
