Key features of the Falcon2 40W

The Falcon2 40W incorporates a number of breakthrough features, such as adjustable spot adjustment for higher work efficiency and finer work details. This allows the Falcon2 40W to adjust the spot size according to engraving and cutting requirements. Therefore, the laser engraver is particularly well suited to cutting thicker objects with a full-power laser spot, and engraving and cutting thinner objects with a small spot.

The Falcon2 40W also offers optimized usability and safety. The integrated air-assist function not only offers stepless adjustment, but can also automatically adjust the airflow through LightBurn software to meet different cutting and carving needs.

The air assist function can also blow away dust during the engraving process, ensuring cleaner and smoother surface cutting, whilst maintaining quality and accuracy when engraving complex patterns. Smoke and dust can also be blown away, protecting the laser head lens.

The laser beam generated by the Falcon2 40W’s powerful power output also offers personalization capabilities. When stainless steel is heated by the engraver’s super powerful laser beam, the metal surface physically reacts to produce hundreds of colors, allowing for a more vivid end product.

In terms of usage, the Creality Falcon2 40W supports offline adjustable preview, which can accurately locate and adjust engraving without connecting to a computer, again adding to the laser engraver’s efficiency and convenience. Using the control panel, users can short press to fine tune 1mm, and long press to adjust 10mm/s. The Falcon2 40W also supports offline use, with no internet connectivity requirements. Once a TF card is inserted, users can create anytime, anywhere.

The Creality Falcon2 40W also offers a triple monitoring system for greater user control. Airflow Monitoring allows the user to adjust the airflow based on engraving needs. Additionally, the built in Lens Monitoring system triggers an alarm when the lens becomes too dirty, helping to avoid lens breakage and frequent replacement. Flame monitoring is also incorporated, which triggers an alarm and immediately stops the laser engraver if a flame is detected.

Five additional safety protections are added to the Falcon2 40W for greater security and peace of mind. The bidirectional limit switch ensures that, if the laser hits the boundary, the laser engraver will stop automatically and a buzzer will sound an alarm. An active stop function is also added, automatically stopping the Falcon2 40W in case of accidental tilt, flip or drop, sounding an alarm and sending an alert in the process. A security lock design, emergency stop button, and laser protective cover are also incorporated for added safety and security.
