Software provider Palantir Technologies and AI-driven 3D manufacturing solutions provider, Divergent Technologies, have formed a strategic partnership to integrate Divergent’s advanced manufacturing system with Palantir’s software platforms. The collaboration enables users of Palantir’s Warp Speed and Foundry systems to access Divergent’s on-demand components, improving flexibility and accelerating production timelines.
Divergent explained that the integration gives Palantir’s defense and commercial customers direct access to its Adaptive Production System (DAPS), helping them identify and address supply chain disruptions through rapid, just-in-time manufacturing.
“By providing access to Divergent’s next generation manufacturing directly within Palantir’s industry leading software our customers can identify and solve production shortages and new product developments on unmatched timelines,” said Lukas Czinger, President & Chief Executive Officer of Divergent. “This partnership centers on effectively distributing high impact capability. We are bringing the power of DAPS to Palantir’s global customer base.”

Integrating Software and Manufacturing for Scalable Innovation: Divergent and Palantir Join Forces
Divergent’s DAPS is a fully integrated engineering and manufacturing platform that combines AI-driven design, industrial-scale additive manufacturing, and robotic assembly. The result is a production system that delivers high-performance components faster and more cost-effectively than traditional manufacturing methods.
“Divergent is a trailblazer in the new industrial revolution that is sweeping the US,” said Shyam Sankar, Palantir CTO. “The Divergent Adaptive Production System is a mind-bending example of what’s possible when the world’s most advanced software fuses with the world’s most advanced manufacturing. We are proud to support Divergent’s innovative operations with Warp Speed as it scales in ambition and impact.”
Meanwhile, Palantir’s Warp Speed platform acts as a modern manufacturing operating system, delivering the speed, adaptability, and security required in today’s rapidly evolving production landscape. Earlier this year, Palantir expanded Warp Speed’s adoption through a new cohort of partners focused on accelerating the onshoring of U.S. manufacturing.
Driving Supply Chain Efficiency through Digital Innovation
In 2020, Brazilian petrochemical company Braskem adopted the DigiPart program from French 3D software start-up Spare Parts 3D (SP3D) to optimize its spare parts inventory supply chain. Previously, Braskem completed a pilot project using DigiPart software to analyze key metrics such as part value, Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), and lead times across its inventory. The evaluation covered 15,000 components, revealing that 47% were surplus to operational requirements—highlighting significant opportunities for inventory reduction and cost savings.
In 2025, Würth Additive Group launched the full edition of its Digital Inventory Services (DIS) platform at the AMUG conference. This milestone marked the transition of DIS from a minimum viable product to a comprehensive, fully operational system designed to support digital part storage and distributed manufacturing at scale.
First unveiled at AMUG 2024, the DIS platform empowers original equipment manufacturers, suppliers, and service providers to manage validated part files, oversee production workflows, and ensure real-time part availability. Larry Stevens, Executive Vice President of Würth Line Industry Asia-Pacific, Africa, and Americas, explained that Würth’s integration of additive manufacturing into its broader digital supply chain framework offers companies innovative ways to source, organize, and distribute parts globally. This approach not only supports efficient inventory strategies but also aligns with evolving operational demands and sustainability goals.
