Additive Engineer at Sintavia LLC, Davie, FL, USA

Sintavia, a U.S. tier one additive manufacturer in aerospace & defense searching for an additive manufacturing engineer in Davie, Florida.

To apply, you must hold a Bachelor’s degree with more than 2 years of manufacturing quality systems experience, and possess experience in project management on small/medium projects. 3D modeling software background is also required, and aerospace and additive manufacturing experience is preferred.

The successful candidate should have the ability to run additive manufacturing machines correctly and transfer the information to production. They will be responsible for machine maintenance, processing quality control systems, and 3D scanning/data acquisition.

Application Engineer at Digital Alloys, Burlington, MA, USA

Digital Alloys, a Boston-headquartered developer of metal 3D printers, has vacancies in Burlington, Massachusetts. Currently, the company is recruiting for an application engineer.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or in a similar field and have more than 3 years of experience in designing and manufacturing tools. It’s essential to have proficiency in CAD and CAE, and knowledge of engineering drawings, manufacturing specifications, and quality systems.

The company appreciates experience working in a small team environment, knowledge of software simulation tools like Moldflow, CFD, Thermal, and FEA, and experience in additive manufacturing.

Senior Mechanical Engineer at Digital Alloys, Burlington, MA, USA

The same American company, Digital Alloys, is also seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer for its Burlington site.

Similarly, applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and have more than 4 years of progressive experience in product development and/or robotics. As a senior role, a Master’s Degree or a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering is considered a plus.

The successful applicant will be responsible for autonomously completing hardware development projects, creating innovative solutions to technical problems, and managing supplier relationships.
