It’s your last chance to vote in the 3D Printing Industry Awards.
So far we’ve had over 10,000 individuals vote across the 20 categories.
In December, we asked readers to nominate the most exciting, innovative and important enterprises and individuals across the 3D Printing, 3D design and 3D scanning world. From those 800 nominations we drew up the shortlists.
When voting closes at 8:00 PM EST today, we will count final votes. We have been amazed at the response, the total votes across all categories have reached almost 200,000 and the hashtag #3DPIAwards seen almost 3 million times, so far.
The 3D Printing Industry Awards are voted on by our readers, and the data provides a fascinating insight into the industry. We’ll bring you a further report on this aspect soon.

The winners will be announced at our gala dinner in London this coming Saturday.
Representatives from the leading companies in the 3D Printing Industry will gather to find out who will be taking home the bronze trophies, 3D printed by our materials sponsor The Virtual Foundry.
We have already announced one winner. Dr. Adrian Bowyer will receive the award for Outstanding Contribution to 3D printing.
It is arguable that without Dr. Bowyer and the RepRap project, the Industry would be very different. The RepRap project has accelerated the pace of innovation and brought a much wider group into the 3D printing world. We are honoured to welcome Dr. Bowyer to the 3D Printing Industry Awards.
If you’d like to join us at the event, there are a very limited number of tickets available. Please contact us for more details.
