Dynamical Tools presents industrial FFF and SLS 3D printers at Formnext 2018

Dynamical Tools, an industrial 3D printer manufacturer headquartered in Spain, continues the expansion of its portfolio and geographical scope with three new product releases at Formnext 2018, the largest 3D printing show in Europe.

Having previously exhibited in the U.S. the company comes to Germany with a surprise presentation that hopes to attract all those who seek to take the next step to get closer to Industry 4.0.

Always at the forefront with 100% investment in research and development, Dynamical Tools seeks to establish its brand above any other and presents three 3D printers that will be on the market in 2019.

DT60: new challenges, new properties

The flagship product of Dynamical Tools reaches its highest level of innovation. An industrial FFF system, the DT60 has been subjected to small exterior modifications and great interior changes in the hopes of making it an unparalleled 3D printing experience.

A robust printer, the DT60 promises a large volume, 600 x 450 x 450 mm, with two independent extruders and other unique features in a printer of this technology.

HT45: redefining the limits of FFF

With the new HT45 Dynamical Tools is 3D printing some of the most demanding technical materials on the market.

A high temperature FFF 3D printer, the HT45 is specially designed to print engineering-grade materials such as PEEK, Ultem and metallic filaments.

According to the company this 3D printer has been developed to “respond to all those customers who have been looking for the most complex solutions for FFF technology.”

ST30: the revolution of laser sintering

Announced for development in 2017, Dynamical Tools is presenting its first industrial laser sintering (LS) system: the ST30. With a build volume of  300 x 300 x 300 mm, and inert atmosphere, the ST30  is presented in Frankfurt with the aim of accommodating customers that seek solutions beyond FFF. It has a single high performance, CO2 laser printer and produces a typical layer thickness of  0.1mm.
