13 designers from the US, Europe and Asia showcased their 3D printed fashion at the Platform Fashion show in Germany this past weekend. The show, presented by Voxelworld and Lexus, was the first display of 3D printed fashion by the two companies. There has been a lot of 3D printed fashion in the past few years, but some of these designs are just so breathtakingly beautiful, it breathes new life into the industry.

3D printing will become big once it gets heavily used in customized mass production. Fashion and creative industries will never be a big enough market. Focus on such industries by companies that produce 3D printers make them look less credible and promising. That may be why most investors are now shying away from 3D stocks. They do not see the future in fashion, design or education. Give us mass production if you can.
