    I’ll be the slow one here and ask if I am understanding this correctly. For the purposes of this comment “traditional” SL/DLP works by shining a light on a layer, assembling a new layer of material on top of the formed layer, and then shining a light on the new layer. The process described here shines a light on a large chunk of material and somehow manages to focus the light on points within that material (as opposed to simply on its surface). Is that in the right neighborhood?
